At Leafield U13 colts we believe in our players enjoying playing football, it is after all just a game. With that in mind we continually ask our players to do their best, but there is no pressure, mistakes happen, and if we lose it does not matter, there is no blame,  it is all about enjoying what they are doing.
We work hard as coaches to identify training drills that are fun to do, that encourage fairness and inclusivity, but at the same time improve our players abilities.
we believe we will get the best out of our players by allowing them to express their abilities, contribute to how the team is set up and how we play. We are team from coaches & players to parents on the side lines, we win, lose or draw as a team.
