Happy New Year

It seems ages since we last played a game and so we were all looking forward to actually kicking a football in anger again. However things did not go quite to plan for either team. From promising positions we conspired to loose both opening games of 2025. Lets hope that is not an omen and we get some much needed, confidence boosting wins under our belts when we play at home for the first time in what seems forever, on the 26th January (weather permitting)

Congratulations Charlotte

In September, After 6 months hard work, combined with running 2 teams and having 2 jobs, Charlotte finally completed her UEFA B coaching badge. She now joins a group of approx 350 women coaches across the uk with this qualification, compare to over 11,000 male coaches. 

All this hard work is paying off with our teams, who are benefiting from having a group of coaches, dedicated to improving their abilities, togetherness and enjoyment of the beautiful game.

Leafield Athletic FC offers a pathway into professional football through a partnership with AFC Solihull and Leafield Athletic first team being in the 8th tier of the football league.
